Feeling Of Knee Shifting In Joint While Grappling, Unstable Knee. No History Of Knee Injury. Possible Ligament Injury To Knee?

I was grappling this morning and felt as if my knee shifted in the joint. There we no weight on the knee nor any pressure on the joint at that time. When I walked there was no real pain but the knee felt unstable. I have iced and can not notice any swelling right now. However, I have never had a knee injury and fear the dreaded ligament injuries to the knee. Any idea what may have occurred or what I should watch for

It could be due to degenerative changes in ligaments casing unstable knee. I suggest you to get it examined by an orthopaedic surgeon . MRI of knee will be helpful to clear the condition.
