Feeling Of Being Squeezed In Stomach Under Sternum, Fluttering Heart, Reduced With Standing. Any Ideas?

After eating, I feel like I'm being squeezed in my stomach area right under my sternum. I also feel like my heart is fluttering. I'm wondering if it is spasms instead of heart fluttering. It is very uncomfortable. If I'm standing, it doesn't bother me. I don't have to eat very much before it bother me. What do you think?

It appears to be due to oesophageal spasm which can be a isolated thing or can be associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux. Chew your food properly, avoid sleeping immediately after eating. 15 day course of Tab Pantop D will definitely help.
