Feeling Dizzing And Farting A Lot. Feel Difficult To Breath. Have High Creatinine Level. Suggestions?

I have been feeling strange lately. I have been farting alot and been feeling dizzy. I have acid reflex and am overweight, possibly obese. I am 6'0 male and 220~ or so but of muscular build. i have been having difficulty breathing that comes and goes and one night wake up about 1 week ago and feel like I had to force myself to breathe, that time I also had numb like feeling in my left arm. I am only 24. I was very physically active a year ago but after ankle injury I have been less active. I tried to get active again 6 months ago but my creatinine level became too high so I had to stop. I have asthma but it is very mild. My roommate who is not asthmatic and thin had similar problem of waking up in the night with difficulty breathing a week after me. I wonder if maybe there is a gas/carbon monoxide problem in our residence because why he who is not asthmatic feel similar symptoms. Sometime I will just feel dizzy or kind of disoriented for a few seconds then feel normal again, it is a weird feeling and hard to describe. The symptoms of dizziness have only been worse for 2 weeks. I went to doctor in the past and had blood test done but nothing unusual come up but high creatnine last time, ultra sound too and chest xray as well as cardiogram or the machine that test your heart where they hook up like 12 wire on different part of your body. Nothing wrong was found. Strangely I start to have some chest pain again like I did 6 month ago but I am not exercising now. The chest pain is like a sharp pain sometimes when I lie down at night. Or other times it is a dull pain in the morning when I wake up in the centre of my chest. How do I go back to feeling normal again? I take mustard to block heartburn at night. I take asthma puffer for asthma and tynol for chest pain. And sometimes tums for the heart burn too.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I am sorry to say that just 5-7 days ago I replied this question .
Still you have any doubt , write down the exact figure of serum creatinine level , along various blood sugar level .
We also require HB A1 C level as your weight is very high.
Chest pain in obese patient particularly on the left side may be due to ,
1 Coronary artery disease , diagnosis can be confirmed by E C H O and lipid profile, and consult a cardiologist and get his opinion.
2 due to asthma , diagnosis can be confirmed by pco2 & po2 level , consult a pulmonologist and get his opinion.
If you are taking steroid for asthma control then get rid of this as this may be the cause od obesity.
Good luck. Dr. HET
