Feeling Dizziness Randomly Like Walking Or Playing, Cant Control Body

Im a 18 year old male and over the last couple years I get really dizzy at times. Only way I can describe it is Dizzy spells but I feel like it is something else as it happens at completely random times like when im walking or playing hockey. When it happens its almost as if I cant control my body anymore and it just wants to shutdown for a couple seconds. Wondering what it could be? Thanks

The most common reason for your symptoms is mild dehydration. The answer for that is increased fluid intake. However, you should probably have your blood pressure checked to (as well as a physical exam), to rule out any other potential causes. We want to get you back on the ice.
