Feeling Constipated, Lump In Stomach, Hurts On Touching After Unprotected Sex. How To Rectify?
Hi, I m having trouble going to the loo I think it s constipation , also I have found a little lump in my stomach and it hurts when I touch it. I had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago and haven t felt right since (I am on the pill .) it varies what time I take it, I take it at night. I have just finished my period but it wasn t normal...... Can anyone help ??

Unprotected sex and taking pills are not associated with constipation.
A lump felt in the abdomen need to be investigated by imaging studies.
An ultrasound of upper abdomen is required to look for any lump or any other abnormality in the abdomen.
Constipation can be managed by dietary changes like drinking plenty of water, taking plenty of fibers in diet, and avoiding refined foods.
Stool softeners can be taken which will prevent straining while defecation.

Considering the lump in your stomach and also the irregular period, I would suggest you to get yourself physically examined by your family physician/surgeon who may also advise you for an ultrasound abdomen if need be.
