Hello,

You have a very strong family history of Diabetes and hypertension.
Now you are complaining of right sided neck discomfort.
The cause may be local or general.
As for the local cause it may be nerve compression, cervical spondylitis, muscle spasm to name a few.
You can screen for Diabetes, hypertension and thyroid related conditions.
Rest and local applications may help.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

None of the diseases listed seem to cause this symptom directly
Being young in age, congenital abnormality of neck spine may be responsible? - nerve root irritation? Could it be Anxiety?
Get yourself examined by a doctor / have some basic investigation...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
