Feeling Bloated, Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness. Reason For Above Symptoms?

Hello, I have been experiencing some unusual things. I feel very bloated, abdominal pain, sometimes nauseous, frequent headache & severe fuzziness in the head. I really can't explain that part. But, something isn't right. I can feel it. I don't have Medicare so I have to wait until I can afford a doctor. I would appreciate any help. Thank you so much!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Bloating and abdominal pain can be related to a number of different issues such as:(1) GERD- gastroesophageal reflux disease
(2) lactose intolerance
(3)intolerance to other foods
(4)excess use of certain vegetables such as brussell sprouts, turnips, cabbage, broccoli, beans
(5)celiac disease
(6) excess use of carbonated drinks
(7) air swallowing

The headache and 'fuzziness in the head' may or may not be related. There are different causes and types of headaches. Headaches can occur on their own or be associated with other medical conditions.
The most common types of headaches that occur on their own are tension headaches, migraines, sinus headaches and cluster headaches.

Headaches caused by migraines can be associated with dizziness.
Dizziness and vertigo (the feeling of movement) can also occur due to conditions related to the inner ear.

You can try reducing the use of the vegetable named, if you use them, to see if it reduces your bloating.
If you do not use either these vegetables or carbonated drinks then the bloating may be related to GERD or intolerance.
You may want to consider treating for GERD first. This means using small meals, reducing the use of spicy/fatty/fried/citrus foods and weight loss if there is any excess weight.

I hope this helps
