Feel Dizzy, Woke Up Sweating, Heart Races. Can Hear Fluids In Ear. No Drainage Or Pain. Ear Problem Or Anxiety?

I have had a dizzy/ off balance feeling off and on the past three days. I was feeling fine today until before I went to sleep and then woke up sweating and feeling very off balance/ dizzy. Then I panic and my heart races but otherwise no other symptoms. I also can make myself hear fluid in my ears and have felt some face/eye/forehead fullness but no drainage or pain. Could this be ear or possibly anxiety or something else? Thanks!

i think sinusitis your off and on cold and throat infection can suddenly land into acue chronic sinusitus behaving like same as yo written
the fluid in sinuses and eustachan tubes cause imbalance and dizziness
need to take cefixime 200 mg bd for 7 days
take stemetil bd for balance and dizzy symptomps
add antiallergic fexofenadine 120 mg bd
apply neomycin h eye ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drop at night ech nose to clear fluid in sinuses throat and ear tube
tret for 3 wk and get xray pns watrs view ti get condition and treat permanently
