Features Of Osteoporosis, Changes Of Spondylosis, Reduced Inter-vertebral Space, Aortic Calcification Noted. What Is Wrong?

Features Of osteo-Porosis, Compression collapse OF L4,
changes of Spondylosis reduced inter-vertebral space of L5-S1 detected.
Neural Arches and S-I joints are normal.
Aortic calcification noted.
sir can u tell me what does this all means . weather these are symptoms of any disease of back bone or related to spinal cord

Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
You report in simpler words is:
Decreased bone density in the lumbar spine. This has caused flattening of L4 vertebral bone.
Degenerative changes seen in spine with decreased intervertebral (space between 2 bones in the spine occupied by cushion like disc) disc space L5 S1 level.
There is age related wall calcification in abdominal aorta which is normally seen in elderly.
