Features Of Osteoporosis, Changes Of Spondylosis, Reduced Inter-vertebral Space, Aortic Calcification Noted. What Is Wrong?
Features Of osteo-Porosis, Compression collapse OF L4, changes of Spondylosis reduced inter-vertebral space of L5-S1 detected. Neural Arches and S-I joints are normal. Aortic calcification noted. sir can u tell me what does this all means . weather these are symptoms of any disease of back bone or related to spinal cord
Hello, Thanks for writing in. You report in simpler words is: Decreased bone density in the lumbar spine. This has caused flattening of L4 vertebral bone. Degenerative changes seen in spine with decreased intervertebral (space between 2 bones in the spine occupied by cushion like disc) disc space L5 S1 level. There is age related wall calcification in abdominal aorta which is normally seen in elderly. Hope this helps.
