Fatigue, Nausea, Dizziness, Trouble Sleeping, Pain In Right Side. Should I Be Concerned?

Ok so for the past 3 days I have been feeling VERY fatiged, nauseous, and slightly dizzy. Also, I ve had trouble going to sleep and for some weird reason my dizziness and fatigue hits me pretty hard around 7-8 pm. Another issue I am having is that for the past 2 days, I ve been having minor pain on my lower right side and sometimes moves to my upper right side. Should I be concerned?
