Faster Pulse Rate On Eating Greasy Food, Overweight, No Regular Exercise. Treatment?
Hi, When I eat greasy foods I feel like my heart suddenly starts to pump extra hard. Almost as though the blood is thickening and my heart is working to push it through my system. What is this condition and do I need to worry? I don t eat a lot of greasy food. I m a 26 year old female. Although I don t regularly exercise and am over weight, I usually never eat prepared food or drink anything but milk, water or tea.
hi there, greasy food is not really good for anyone and as it also causes you such unease you could stop having them.You may be suffering from gastritis which may present in the way you have described. You could take a course of antacid for 15 days with the help of your family doctor and start with a small routine of some form of exercise as it will help you lose weight and also relieve some of your symptoms which can also be stemming from being overweight.you can also take small healthy meals at regular intervals so that your blood sugars remain constant and you do not have the craving to consume unhealthy food.
