Fainted, Been Battling Bulimia And Anorexia For Years, Headaches Became Worse, Experienced Migraine. Reason?

I fainted the other night having felt fine all day, Im 19 and been battling bulimia and anorexia for 7 years but had been doing better for a few weeks. Just wondering why I fainted because I had been eating properly that day and hadn t been sick ? My headaches have became worse also, I had experienced a migraine a few days before I fainted.

Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
Complex of bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa are significant stressors and it is possible that you have suffered an episode of hypoglycemia that can lead to loss of consciousness and spontaneous regain of consciousness in some time is possible without treatment
In view of headache and loss of consciousness and other diffrential diagnosis is, some neurological pathology like meningitis etc and for ruling it out, you should get evaluated by local neurologist and if needed investigated with imaging like CT brain.
I think my advice will be helpful for you
