Eye Power -1.25 Is Normal? Or Wearing Specs Daily Will Improve Vision?

Hello, This is Mustafa and I'm turned 28 year old, I have recently done the eye check up the eye power for both the eye R & L is -1.25, i would like to know at this age -1.25 is normal, or else if i whore specs daily than my vision will get improve.
My English is not good hope you have understood my query.

A eye power of -1.25 is not normal for any age and is indicative of myopia (otherwise known as short-sightedness). This means that you have difficulty in seeing distant objects clearly, for example difficulty in reading the blackboard or distant roadsigns, etc.

I would advise you to wear spectacles as prescribed by an opthalmologist, in order to improve the vision. It is better to correct this problem early because if left uncorrected, there is a chance that it may worsen.
