Extreme Tightness And Pain In The Armnpit, shoulder And Neck After Undergoing Trauma. What Is The Reason?

I was pushed down a flight of stairs, back first and slammed in to a wall. I have lost some ROM in my right shoulder and have extreme pain and tightness in armpit area, collarbone area, shoulder blade area and neck . There are a few very tender spots on my shoulder. When doing activities like mopping or folding clothes, etc, pain worsens and neck and shoulder and above collar bone area swells up. I also get numbness and tingling in my fingers. Any idea what be causing this?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Are you a smoker. It can cause such sensation called parasthesia. I would also suggest you to get your serum B 12 estimation as lack of vitamin B12 causes tingling and numbness and burning in feet. I would also suggest you to get vitamin D estimation and serum calcium level. Till that time you finished with all those investigation i would recommend you to take Pregabalin M tablet.
