Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Sudden onset headache with blurred vision, hot flashes, nausea, dizziness etc symptoms can occur due to migraine. Dizziness and other neurological symptoms can also be seen. Usually beta blockers are used in such cases for prophylaxis. As there is no help with beta blockers so you can go for other medicines like Sodium Valproate, Amitryptilline etc drugs. There drugs can control migraine headache effectively. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed help.

Thanks
