What Causes Sudden Blurred Vision And Hot Flashes?
I was sitting watching a movie and suddenly got weird blurred vision that looked like a water paint and hot flashes ... And a little sick to my belly?!? Should I be scared? Lasted for about 5 mins, but now I seem cooled down and vision is a little better after putting a wet papertowel over my eyes and face

Sudden blurred vision is due to mainly refractory errors like farsideheadness( myopia) or nearsideheadness( hypermetropia),astigmatism etc.
There is nothing to worry as vision comes back to normal after few minutes.
You can checked out your vision by expert and if there is any refractory error,you should wear spectacles accordingly.
