Extreme Depression And Anxiety, Mood Swings, Insomnia, Nausea After Eating, Headache. History Of A Trip Indulging In Binge Drinking. Possible Cause?

Hi , i just came back from a trip a few days ago. I went for a week and i was binge drinking everyday, and almost all day each day. now that i have come back and stopped drinking, i'm experiencing extreme depression and anxiety, i am also experiencing mood swings and extremely bad dreams and insomnia. Some physical symptoms are that i have not been able to eat without feeling nauseous after and i have had headaches as well. Does this have to do with my alcohol intake when i was away?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
These all symptoms are due to withdrawal of alcohol.
Nausea, dizziness anxiety , palpitation, excessive dreaming, restlessness are common features after alcohol withdrawal.
In my opinion consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
Alternatively clonadepam 0.25 mg once a day just for 7/ day will be enough.
In any condition not more then 7 day.
