Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

You are 35 years old and have history of head injury in 1999. You have been experiencing vertigo since last 5 years. First of all I want you to get your MRI scan done in order to look for any lesion left after injury in brain as you are having problems of vision along with vertigo. If this comes normal then you can consult a Psychiatrist for management of vertigo and headache. Medicines like Betahistine are very useful for management of vertigo. Propranolol can control the headache effectively and will help in maintaining remission.

Hope this helps you, thanks
