Not sure what you mean by a puss filled lunchbox. Please clarify that in another question. The best way to care for your intestines is to eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Avoid alcohol, narcotics, tobacco, processed and fast food. Take a multivitamin daily and a probiotic. If you have serious bowel problems see a gastroenterologist.
