Hey, I'm an 18 year old male and I've been smoking weed and cigarettes for about 3-4 years and recently when i smoke weed i have a sharp pain in my left abdomin under my ribcage that subsides when I'm not high, but I can still feel a dull pain in the same area. Sometimes the pain will spread to my right side as well. What i don't understand is, I can smoke all the cigarettes i want without any pain, but as soon as I take one toke of marijuana my side starts killing me. What could be the problem? I'm basically on my own and can't afford to go pay a doctor to run all kinds of tests on me. I'm going to discontinue my smoking for awhile, cigarettes for good and in about a week i'll try to smoke weed again. I don't get how something as harmless as marijuana can be doing this to me please help me figure out could it be anxiety or stress? Sometimes the pain throws me into a panic attack thinking that there is something seriously wrong with me.
