Hello,

As I read the symptoms I will advise you to visit the cardiologist at the earliest. These symptoms are related to heart and it needs an assessment by a cardiologist.

The medicine you are taking should be withdrawn for time being until you visit a cardiologist.

Since you didn't mention your age or any past medical history like High Blood Pressure or Diabetic I will straight recommend to be conscious about your health and take the right call.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
