Im SO SCARED I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago I started my monthly I spoted for 5 days but I also got my tubes tied and that was my second monthly after I had gotten the surgey I thought it could be that, then I got diarrhea I was stressing over having hiv so I thought it could be that, so let the thought go cause I thought it was the stress, now my left shoulder hurts, I was playing with my brother and his friends on christmas and I thought it could be from that but I looked on the internet forhiv syptoms again and iI saw muscle pains I IMMEDIATELY START CRYING but then I thought maybe I should look on the internet for tubal pregnancy and I saw
Muscle pain, lower abdomen pain, light beeding and stomach p ain and so on I thought I could b pregnant in my tubes my stomach is a lilttle bloated but it could be due to gas, I have at least two or three syptoms of hiv
Muscel pain
Dirrhea
Abdomen pain not to mension I have been itching but no brown, red,pinish spots idk im jus very scared and im one of those ones who stress so it could be stress but i can also be pregnant in my tubes I got them tied, I dont kbow im very scared please help me figure this out...

Welcome to HCM.
Earliest manifestations of HIV can occur only after 4 weeks of possible infection. That too only 40-50% will have such manifestations. Others will have manifestations only after 5-7 years after the infection following a considerable reduction in the body immunity.
Fever is the common early manifestation.
Diarrhea is not so common in early stages. So HIV is unlikely.
Lower abdominal pain, mild bleeding , muscle cramps and all may likely to be due to some obstetrical or Gynecological problem.
Consult your physician. She/he will examine and guide you for further investigations and rule out HIV/STD possibilities and other obstetric problems.
