Experiencing Extreme Tightness In Jaw And Neck Area
I am experiencing an extreme tightness in jaw and neck. Do you know the areas to the back sides of your tongue that hurt when extreme sourness is tasted? There and below and front area of ear is a focal point for a sharp burning pressure. Jaw is so tight it s painful. I m kinda scared.

I have gone through your query, you are feeling tightness in jaw and neck , it can be Lock Jaw, trismus, soreness of tongue also indicates infection of oral cavity may be due to poor oral hygiene , or may be due to wisdom tooth infection, you should go for oral prophylaxis to dentist ,
You can do warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day for relief and visit Dentist go for proper investigations ,
