Experiencing Burning Sensation In Chest, Have Gas, Lightheadedness, Weakness. How Can We Help Ourselves?

Yes. I am currently experiencing this burning in my chest. It sometimes get worse when I drink coffee. It feels like it goes all the way through to my back. I'm having no pressure or pain, just burning and occasional burping and gas. I also have this lightheadness and feeling of weakness. Please direct me to the type of Physician I need to go see.
Thanks. (I am a 47 year old female).

hi..
you have burning epigastric pain, increased after taking coffee, and also you have flatulence..
this is a acid peptic disease, needs to take antacids and prokinetics like pantaprazole and domperidone for 2 weeks, meanwhile take less spicy food, aviod tea/coffee, and reduce stress and due regular exercises..
for this see your gastroenterologist...because you may need to undergo endoscopy to see if there is reflux esophagitis and cholecystitis/cholelithiasis, which is common in female, fertile, fatty and flatulence...
wish you good health..
