Experiencing Abdomen Pain After Having Food

hi, i was one month pregnant and during my pregnancy i had pain in abdomen. later on i had miscarriage my one month pregnancy. after miscarriage i my mouth taste was very sour upto 10 days. after 14 days i feel some pain in abdomen and loose stool. i visit my doctor she take an aultrasound and suggest some antibiotechs, vitamin-D, iron capsules, pain killer and a medicen for stools. i do not have these stools frequentaly i.e 2, 3 times in a day, its just in morning or some times at night.
i am so worried about my health please help me with your suggestion. i do not have any fever, naussea or flue or any pain in back or legs. i only feel pain in my abdomen after 2,3 hours of meal.

need some answers !! what area of your abdomen hurts after taking meal like right left upper or lower ? what kind of food escpecially creats more pain.??
advice : ultrasound abdomen.
