I have extreme pain upon swallowing saliva only. After swallowing I can count 1,2,3,4 & that's when it hits to the point of tears & it's always followed by severe chest pain. I can eat & drink ok. Cold cranberry juice helps more than anything. But I'm honestly at the point if drinking oral-gel.
I've had a barium swallow, echocardiogram, blood work, & chest X-ray. I was told everything looks fine but the d-dimer is high. Was diagnosed with gastritis. Was given antibiotic & nexium. I'm on day 10 & still insanely miserable!!! I've tried apple cider vinegar, omeprezole, baking soda water, milk of magnesia, & even taken 5mg of oxycodone & NO RELIEF!!!! HELP!
