Hello,

Blood sugar more than 200 mg/dl is diagnostic of frank diabetes. This high level of blood sugar can only be controlled with medication.

So I would advise my patient metformin with a combination of other Oral hypoglycemic drugs.
Consult your doctor and ask for prescription of medicine to control blood sugar.
