Hello,
History noted. Bleeding can be normal in the early weeks in few people. The clot she has passed is a sign for her to be examined by an ultrasound, which confirms whether it is just a bleeding or has she passed out the products of conception. If its just bleeding get consulted with the gynecologist for treatment since the volume is more than the spotting. If it is pregnancy loss let her be given the medications for evacuation of the remnants. What ever may be the outcome, Kindly subject her for an ultrasound examination at the earliest.
Good day.
