Earache, headache and painful gums. Need a dentist?
Good mornin, I have been up all night with painful gums, a little earache and a headache all on the left side. Last week I had an ear infection which I took antibiotics for and also my filling came out causing my tooth to break, though there is no pain!! Do I need a doctor or dentist? I haven t seen a dentist for years due to a very bad experience when I was younger. Thank you

symptomps are same
take tab metrogyl 200 mgm bd
tab allegra 30 mgm bd
tab flunarazine 5 mgn night
tab rhinitidine empty stomach morning
tad b diclofenic sos
apply neosporin h eye ontment in nose and put sea water in the form of drops 2 drops at each nopse at night
nothing in ears
get xray done you will find answer and start treatment of sinuses i am sure of diagnosis

Thanks for query.
it seems that you are having some infection on your gums giving radiating pain in your ear and headache.
It is possible that you might have heavily tatrtered teeth giving rise to infection.
You have to consult dentist.Every time you do not get bad experience.
