Dryness In Labia Majora With Dry Pinkish Lumps, No Discharge, Intense Itching. Remedy?

For the past two months iv had a really dry labia majora both sides are really dry and inchy Iv also got about 6 really dry pinkish lumps each like size of a small pea no discharge no change in discharge from the vigina either it one also goes more on the back inner theigh when I iche the itching gets more intense i don't hurt just really iches please help

thank you for consulting HCM.The symptoms you have mentioned may be due to
-STD
-yest infections
-bacterial vaginosis
-menopause
-chemical irritants
You need to consult your doctor to take the correct treatment ,the symptoms of yeast infection will be minimized when you use antifungal drugs and ointment ,and for bacterial vaginosis you need to take antibiotics and for menopause estrogen creams and tablets are needed to find out the correct treatment you need to consult your doctor to diagnose the disease.
