Done with sherman bunionectomy, hammer toe repair weil. Toes not in alignment. Have neuroma. Remedies to relieve pain?

I am 5 weeks post sherman bunionectomy, hammer toe repair weil proceedure. Pin is out of second toe but this toe now seems to move around a lot. No one seems concerned that this is happening. Shouldn't this be kept in a proper allignment to further heal properly? Large toe and this second toe seem to be shifting right back where they were. I am going to PT and trying to stretch them. I have been experimenting with many separators n cushion n guaze to try n keep them straight. I still wear the flat boot from post surgery. I have a neuroma that is still there and also still sore. Frustrated! Do have swelling by the end of day, I am an active fitness professional and just want to walk pain free again.

hallo dear friend
i have studied all your history
if your deformity is not corrected , and PT is also not working then you need second surgery for correct deformity correction
second surgery will be dificuilt due to fibrosis
but if you have not achieved correction after first surgery after 5 weeks also then you need second surgery
