Done Tubal Ligation. Have Hard Lump On Stomach, Pain When Touched. Endoscopy Required?

I'm a married woman, mother of 3 children, 42yrs old. Tubal ligation 5yrs ago. My problem is, I've been feeling a hard lump on my stomach for around a year now. It only hurts when I touch on it or bump unto something. I can feel it only standing up. Do you recommend an endoscopy? What could it be? I'm worried now. My PC said nothing when I mentioned it to her. Thanks so much! Grace

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From history it seems that you are having Umbilical hernia producing bulging while standing.
If you have some surgery through abdomen then thee might be possibility of having Incisional hernia.
Consult surgeon surgeon and get physically examined which will give more precise diagnosis.
Ok and bye.
