Done Anal Fistula Surgery. Have Mucus In Undergarments. What To Do?

I had anal fistula open surgery was 11 CM deep, after almost 10 months I am still finding mucus in undergarments, on face of anus . I had stopped eating red chilly after that to reduce the adverse effects. and the dressing and treatment took almost 4 months to complete. It was painful period and does not want to happen that again.
