Does Vertigo And Nausea Due To Injury Need Medical Attention?
I hit my head on the corner of a counter about a month ago. Sharp pain radiated through my head but subsided within a day. Yesterday, the spot I hit became very tender to the touch, and I'm now experiencing nausea and bouts of vertigo. Will this subside on its own or do I need to go to a doctor?
