Does Tropical Sprue Interfere With Oestrogen?

My daughter has been diagnosed with Tropical Sprue. She recently told us she was Gay - surprising as she is and identical twin DNA 99.99996 identical.and twin is happilly married. I just read that Tropical Sprue can interfere with testosterone. Could it interfere with oestrogen? Could this disease have an influence on her sexuality? Or is it totally unrelated?

Tropical sprue is a malabsorption disease commonly found in tropical regions.
This disease has an infectious etiology and the most common symptoms are abdominal cramps, diarrhea and indigestion.

Tropical sprue do not interfere with estrogen level.

It is with an infectious /malabsorption disease that it totally it is totally unrelated to her sexuality.
