Does The HPV Genital Warts Reoccur After Complete Surgical Removal?

I am a 49 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with HPV genital warts. The warts are located around and inside my anus. I am in the process of having them surgically removed and have had once surgery so far. My question is, can the HPV virus be transmitted through semen either orally or via intercourse and what are the chances of the warts reappearing after all of them have been surgically removed?

Yes, the virus can get transmitted via your body fluids like semen, or via intercourse. Reappearance is possible due to latent viruses, but very uncommon though.
