I have had a build up of acid, which caused severe chest pain. I am taking the drug protelos and I had my gallbladder removed two years ago. Could you tell me is this drug the cause of the acid build up? please. The doctor at the hospital where I was admitted said, the cause of the chest pain was as a result of not having my gall bladder, but I'm wondering could the protelos drug have caused it. I ama taking the drug for osteoporosis in my spine.
