Hi, Ive been working out with my partner for a little over a month now with ab workouts. She is 18 years old, 5 feet 2inches and weighs 110 lbs give or take 2-3 pounds up or down. As far as I know she doesnt have any health issues. She already has a flat stomach, and eat healthy. She is also an athelete, so she is physically active most of the time. I started her off with two 10min ab workouts twice a week. We bumped it up to 15min abs twice a week, then it became a Monday-Friday daily activity. We have even bumped it up to 30mins straight ab workouts with no break, once a day, except weekends. My question is, how can i get her stomach to become more toned, instead of just flat?

I am a 50 year old male. I am 5 foot 10 and weigh 190 pounds and so a bit overweight . I walk about 3-4 miles a day and work on the 4th floor. I never use the lift. I used to do cardio work outs at home until i had a tendon injury and got out of the habit. About ten days ago I started again on my cross trainer. I have upped my water consumption to about 4-5 pints a day. My blood pressure is usually about 118/70 with a resting heart rate of about 76. When I exercise I usually go at it quite hard, music on and I get myself to mildly breathless but I sweat a lot (always have). 2 minutes after getting off the machine my blood pressure might be down around 80/60. I don t feel too bad, a little shaky maybe. It is now 10 hours since I had my last 90 minute bash on the machine and my BP is still only 108/66. Is it usual for BP to really drop like this during exercise?
Hello, I am 40, male, non-smoker, 6ft tall and weighing 194lbs. I ve been losing weight for the past 5 months. In March I went to my cardiologist to have my heart checked. Since then I am on Lisinopril 20mg to control my bloodpressure. All the tests were fine. At the time of my doctors visit I was weighing 230lbs. So I dropped around 36 pounds in 5 months. Is that normal? Also, it doesn t stop. I keep losing weight. I changed my diet a little bit, but nothing radical though. Less soft drinks and deep fried food, other than that I have decent lunch and dinner. I don t have any pain or loss of appetite. My bowel movement is normal and stool color is light-brown to brown. Could Lisinopril be the cause of my weight loss? Also, I have anxiety and get very nervous with the slidest pain. Could anxiety also be a cause? Your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. Many thanks Michael
I am 74 y/o male who's been losing weight over the past 3 months. Total weight loss has been 3 kilos for 3 months. I have been constipated and my bowel movements have been irregular but my appetite has never changed and I still eat pretty well. I don't have any abdominal complaints. What could be causing this? I also eat fiber-rich foods but to no avail, I'm still constipated.
