Does Swollen Eyes And Headache After A Fall Need Medical Attention?
I was snowboarding yesterday when I fell and hit the back of my head. (I might have hit the front as well, I can't remember) I was wearing a helmet but now my neck is sore and when I woke up this morning I still had a headache. I took some advil and the headache went away. My eyes however, are swollen. Should I go to the ER?
