Does Stress Cause Dizziness And Pain In The Shoulder And Chest ?

I was driving and got dizzy. Then I got back pain just under my shoulder blades that reached around to the sides of my chest . I am female 57 years old with no known health problems and was wondering if this could be due to stress?

consult some physician

Hi,
There is possibility of having Cervical spondilitis causing pain in shoulder blades and side of chest andfeeling of dizziness.
You go for X ray cervical region,AP and Lat.position.
You go for heart check up,some time coronary pain give same picture.
