Does Steroid Injection Affect The MRI Result?

I have a herniated disk in c6 and c7. I've had migraine headaches worse the past year and a half since they found the herniated disks. The past 2 weeks I been hospitalized for them 7 times. They now scheduled a mri of my brain, neck and upper back for Friday but today they did a steroid injection will that affect my results?
