Does Rise In Eye Power Suggest Defects In Liver?

My daughter has a eye power of -4 at the age of 7. They are rising very fats.apporx 0.5 per 3 months. We are suspecting a weak liver. What tests should we conduct to ensure that that is the problem. Also request you to suggest a remedy for the same.

The rise in the eye power is because of increase in the axial length of the eyeball and this is normal process in children.
This has got no relationship with the defects in liver or diseases of the liver.
