Does Pregnancy Abdominal Pain Hurt?

Does pregnancy abdominal pain hurt on and off sometimes in the bottom of the stomach? Also i have an swollen gland on my left side of the vagina.. I know nothing about pregnancy I thought it was my fallopian tube, but I cant feel that.. what could this be ?

If ur preg test has come positive u can simply have a ultrasound to make sure the baby s forming inside the uterus.the gland my b cos of infection tat can b easily treated wit local antibiotics but check scan 1st
