Does My Baby Has Indigestion ?
My baby is now 4months, i have been giving him breast feeding. Some times he cries a lot, i donot know the reason. Mt mother says baby has indigestion and i should not eat any thing which will cause gas in the baby. Is there anything i can give my child and make him not to cry

You need to burp the baby properly after every feeding. If you donot burp the gas will accumulate in the stomach and child will have pain, and it will cry. So burp the baby properly

u make sure that ur child is burping after taking feeds ..that indicates digestion is good

Thanks for the concern.
As you have said he cries SOMETIMES fine not always.So he is a small kid crying is common.If he is crying continuosly for long period then be more concerned and can consult a pediatrcian . other wise no worry.
You can have any food of choice and a rich balanced diet as you are a lactating mother.your food intake will not cause any gas in baby.
after every feed see that baby gets a burp so that there wont be problem with digestion.
take the baby on your shoulders and slowly massage/gentle tap on her back for few mins this will help the baby in burping.
