Does Missing Doses Of Amoxicillin 500 Do Harm?
I m pregnant have upper respiratory infection Dr. prescribed Amoxicillin 500 and i had missed dose supposed to take three times a day woke up at three AM took one then after the one at nine pm I had taken. next day I was little nauseous. Will it harm me and do I take normal three doses next day or let off on the one?

in such cases, I usually advise my patients to take the missed dose at once and resume their normal dosage schedule. Do not be worried about taking more milligrams because doctors sometimes prescribe much higher doses - 500mg is a low dose. Try to avoid missing doses though, to prevent treatment failures.
