Hello,

I can understand your concern. Vertigo can be related to ear infection, head and neck injury or nerve problems. However, it has not been found to have relation with bimaxillary sinus thickness or any other sinus related problems.

Thinking of sinus can cause congestion, heaviness, problems will sensation of smell, pain in upper teeth etc.

Thus, I would advise you to visit an ENT specialist for looking for reasons in the ear and neck area that may be responsible for vertigo.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HCM. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
