I am on the medications meloxicam, tramadol, nexplanon, and sertraline. They haven t had any side affects. However, recently I have been excessively tired. Which makes absolutely no sense considering I sleep almost 8 hours every night. I cannot even stay awake during the day if I sit still I fall asleep... WHATS WRONG WITH ME?? :(

It is a side effect that is associated with literally all medicines; because it is a common side effect and is there by coincedence. That being said, medicines which affect the brain are more likley to be associated with tiredness than drugs that do not even get into the brain. Tramadol and sertreline not only are are associated with tiredness, they could have interactions with each other (serotonin syndrome) and this interaction also has effects on thinking.
