Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. As you had an unprotected sex and such symptoms it can be a STD. But don t panic. From your symptom infection like gonorrhoea or chlamydia can be suspected. You can approach your GP for local examination and swab from urethra and urine tests. You should also undergo tests for HIV and VDRL but for that you have to wait for 1 month.
