Does Itchy Scrotum And Throbbing Testicle After Unprotected Sex Mean STD?

a few weeks ago i had unprotected sex a few times with this girl i met at a party. about 9 days later my scrotum started to itch. then a few days after that my right testicle start to throb. the pain isn't really bad but its enough to cause discomfort. please help me i am scared it might be an std. thank you

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. As you had an unprotected sex and such symptoms it can be a STD. But don't panic. From your symptom infection like gonorrhoea or chlamydia can be suspected. You can approach your GP for local examination and swab from urethra and urine tests. You should also undergo tests for HIV and VDRL but for that you have to wait for 1 month. For such cases even if you are negative initially from tests i usually give ceftriaxone injections and Azithromycin. Hope this may help you.
