Does Hernia Cause Burning Sensation During Urination?

if I have a hernia will this cause it to burn when I pee? Also I notice a ned mark on the tip of my penis. I just came from the doctors and he said my uring tested negative for any infections. He suspects I have a hernia due to the pain and swelling in my left lower abdomin

Hernia generally do not cause pain and burning sensation in urine.
