Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

This is suggestive of condition called hiatal hernia and you have typical symptoms of it which include bloating, heartbutn, difficulty breathing after meal, and after bloating. This happens because diaphragm is pished with stomach and it makes breathing more difficult. It is aggravated with food that makes you blloaty such as pasta, carbonated drinks and alcohol. You should do barium swallow test and gastroscopy to verify diagnosis and then it can be surgically treated.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
